Fantom Ltd. respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our web application and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

  • Usage Data: We do not collect or save any data from user browsing or actions. All processing occurs client-side using local storage in the Chrome extension.
  • Management Portal Data: On our management portal, all data is securely stored in a Bubble database hosted in AWS US.
  • Authentication Data: Server-side authentication and verification processes are conducted in a Google datacenter in Belgium. We use a temporary Google Auth token for domain validation and URL information retrieval. No user information is stored.
  • Payment Processing: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store any payment, invoice, or financial data, as all these are handled and stored by Stripe, whose datacenter is located in the UK.
  • Communication: We do not contact users directly, as we do not collect their emails. Communication is limited to users in the management portal and the individual who processed the payment, concerning product-related matters only.

3. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent any personal information with third parties for their promotional use.

5. Anonymous Tracking

We use withcabin.com for anonymous tracking, solely for our product and service optimization. This tracking is limited to the public fantomo.io website.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services on a “best effort” basis and are not responsible for any data loss. We are not liable for any damages or service loss due to the use of our products and services. All usage is at the user’s own risk.

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. All subscription management, including changes to payment methods, address, and business data, and downloading invoices, is handled through Stripe. In cases of failed or unpaid payments, we reserve the right to block your account and eventually delete your data.

8. Intellectual Property

Users are prohibited from reusing, copying, or replicating any part of our platform, including content, product names, source code, and Chrome extension source code.
